Itinerary

It is our pleasure to recommend your client an itinerary or even advise him/her of the best places to visit taking into consideration time availability. Due to weather conditions or any other unpredictable factors, itineraries should be kept flexible. The Captain’s decision should always be final regarding the safety of the passengers and the yacht according to the Safety of Life at Sea Regulations. Embarkation day/time: Saturday, 17:00 hrs / Disembarkation day/time: Saturday 09:00 hrs.
Yacht must be back on the base one day before the end of the charter, by 18:00 hrs the latest. Days / hours may change with the mutual agreement of the charter company and the charterer.

Payments

Downpayment: 50% of the charter fee should be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation. Balance Payment: 50% of the charter fee should be paid 30 days prior to embarkation. When no payment is received within 7 days from booking confirmation, charter will be considered as cancelled without further notice.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees are calculated depending on the period of time between the date of cancellation and the departure date as follows: More than 90 days before embarkation, 250€ will be retained. Between 90-31 days before embarkation, 50% to the total charter amount will be retained. Less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% to the total charter amount. Apeiron Yachting will return the cancellation fees, less dossier fees 250€, if the cancelled yacht is rebooked for the same period under the same conditions.

Cancellation (Covid-19 Amendment)

For already booked charters, we can offer in most cases the possibility to reschedule to another available date in the same season or in some cases even in the next season. This policy applies if a) you cannot reach the charter base due to travel and border restrictions (e.g. International travel ban) in Greece or your country of origin b) an official travel advise is issued that advises you not to travel to Greece c) measurements are enforced by Greek authorities that severely impact your holiday quality (e.g. requested self-quarantine). If the rescheduled booking is more expensive, the price difference will be charged.

Charter price includes

Yacht charter
Yacht equipment under the inventory list, as described in our quote
Complete safety and galley equipment Dinghy with outboard engine (outboard with additional cost, as defined in the quote). Gas, blankets & pillows, bed linen & towels per person Mooring fees on the first and last night of the charter Insurance and tax (including VAT). All yachts are insured against risks arising from third party liability, sea pollution, damages of hull, machinery and equipment. This list is subject to modifications. VAT tax in Greece by law is 24% applied to 50% of the total charter value. (for weekly charters).

Charter price does not include

Fuel, water: The yacht is delivered with full tanks of fuel and water. Upon return, the fuel and water tanks are re-filled and the cost is paid by the charterer. Running expenses, toiletries, provisions (food and drink supplies) Mooring fees, water / electricity refueling during the charter. Skipper fee, paid in cash on embarkation day.

Compulsory extras payable at Base before embarkation

An end cleaning fee adjusted accordingly to each yacht is required.

Repositioning charges

When a yacht is requested to start or terminate a charter outside its home port then a delivery and/or redelivery fee is applied. Please contact us for further information.
